The essay, after discussing the legal category of hetero-organized collaborations (Article 2, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 81/2015), addresses the issue of self-employment in the neo-modern society. Through an analysis that leads from Marx to Kojève, the author, retracing the master-servant relationship as interpreted by Kojève in his introduction to Hegel’s Phenomenology of the Spirit, supports the thesis that self-employment work is an integral part of the productive project capitalist, like subordinate work. For this reason, self-employment must become a full part of labor law and its protections.

Abstract
The essay, after discussing the legal category of hetero-organized collaborations (Article 2, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 81/2015), addresses the issue of self-employment in the neo-modern society. Through an analysis that leads from Marx to Kojève, the author, retracing the master-servant relationship as interpreted by Kojève in his introduction to Hegel’s Phenomenology of the Spirit, supports the thesis that self-employment work is an integral part of the productive project capitalist, like subordinate work. For this reason, self-employment must become a full part of labor law and its protections.File in questo prodotto:
