The ECB has used unconventional tools in the context of monetary policies and supervisory tools as economic policy measures in response to the Pandemic. Among these, the limitations on the distribution of dividends can also be considered. The consequences can be considered both in terms of regulation and in terms of the company. In this work we will try to verify what are the deviations from ordinary law and what problems occur.
