In Orders n. 66/2021 and 67/2021, the Constitutional Court denies two MPs the locus standi to challenge the Decrees of the Prime Minister (d.P.C.M.) adopted to cope with the Covid-19 pandemic. Despite this predictable outcome, the decision appears not to fully consider all the implications of parliamentary mandate in conjunction with the confi- dence rule governing the relationship between the Executive and the Legislative branches.

Abstract
In Orders n. 66/2021 and 67/2021, the Constitutional Court denies two MPs the locus standi to challenge the Decrees of the Prime Minister (d.P.C.M.) adopted to cope with the Covid-19 pandemic. Despite this predictable outcome, the decision appears not to fully consider all the implications of parliamentary mandate in conjunction with the confi- dence rule governing the relationship between the Executive and the Legislative branches.File in questo prodotto:
