This paper is the development of our previous essays about textile production in the preroman Veneto: at first an overlook on the social aspects of spinning and weaving at Este; furthermore, we made a deeping on the ponderal hierarchy of women’s tools in the graves and in the Reitia’ shrine at Este . A research proposed during the last Purpureae Vestes meeting in Italy had a regional dimension; it was aimed to underline the different types of loom which can be rebuilt in the inhabited excavation . The paper for the meeting in Granada aims to embrace a similar regional dimension. We propose to analyze the distribution of the textile indicators in the female venetic graves between 9th and 2nd century B.C. In this perspective, we processed diachronic and quantitative distribution maps; the goal is to underline different but meaningful concentration of items connected with local specializations and specific social roles. An articulated scenery emerges that let us speculate about the tranches of the operating chain and linked female roles.
