Abstract
The innovation of the Tourist System through the integration with the agricultural sector, thanks to the valorisation and fruition of the agro-eco-landscapes (a new typology of landscape the result of the mix of natural and anthropogenic resources of that specific territory) is the focus of the research. The discovery of the paradigms that have originated many actual models of touristic – seaside in particular - and agricultural developments has allowed the research to deconstruct them, in order to propose a “new integrated coast-hinterland tourist system” based on policies, structures and tools aimed at an integrated sustainability. The creation of an integrated system and, therefore, the increase of the resources and of those subjects involved in the touristic sector, inevitably leads to socio-environmental conflicts that must be managed through participatory and inclusive decision-making processes. The choice of case studies (Province of Venice and Camargue) meets the need, on the one hand, to anchor the landscape neologism to an application case and, on the other, to suggest a concrete example of an integrated and partecipatory territorial management.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
