Riflessioni a margine della l. reg. Veneto 15 luglio 2025, n. 10, relativa alla introduzione della tipologia di struttura ricettiva alberghiera denominata condhotel

The essay analyses the concept of the condhotel, starting from the current legal framework, including regional law recently introduced in Veneto, emphasising its hybrid nature due to the coexistence of a condominium and a hotel within the same building. It argues that the condhotel represents a particular organisational regime for a building intended for tourist use and, at the same time, a complex economic operation, so it is essential to know whether the persistent lack of specific civil law rules can be remedied by looking at the consumer law, as well as the Civil Code.
