Through real-world examples, the chapter demonstrates how AI can optimize business processes, foster innovation, and reshape organizational structures in industries such as retail, banking, manufacturing, and services. Additionally, the chapter addresses the hurdles of AI adoption, such as integration challenges, cultural resistance, and regulatory constraints.
