In this paper we present the results obtained from the chrono-typological study of pottery from some sample sites along the Roman Limes in the province of Biskra (Algeria). The study was the result of the collaboration between the Department of Cultural Heritage of the University of Padova and the Department De Génie Civil et d'Hydraulique of the local University. The archaeological surveys carried out in 2018 and 2019, in particular in the Fort Parallélogramme area, allowed the recovery of 94 ceramic fragments. A catalog containing all the data was created and the information collected was entered into a digital database. The study led to a typological identification of the sample confirming the production of african red slip ware of local manufacture. The fragments that were determined (through diagnostic parts, decorations and 5 almost intact lucerne) date the entire record between the IV and V centuries A.D., confirming the Roman presence along the southern Limes in the late antique period.
