The article studies the post-memorial corpus of the Spanish playwright Laila Ripoll, a member of the 'generation of the grandchildren' of the reprisals of Franco's regime, whose objective is the reconstruction of the Identity Memory and Cultural Heritage of Spain during the Civil War (1936-1939), Francoism dictatorship (1939-1975) and the Democratic Transition (1975-1982). This corpus is made up of some especially representative plays of the Spanish contemporary theatre: La frontera (2003), Que nos quiten lo bailao (2004), Los niños perdidos (2005), El convoy de lo 927 (2007), Un hueso de pollo (2009), Santa Perpetua (2010), El triángulo azul (2014). Based on the concepts of Historical Memory, Postmemory, Cultural and Affiliative Memory, the article presents a critical and scientific analysis of Ripoll's dramatization strategies and techniques in dealing with Identity Memory and Cultural Heritage, which allow the author to further defines, specifies and develop such hermeneutical categories and actualizes the epistemological framework related to the topic.
