The paper describes the experience gained within the Veleia Project, a research project developed by the University of Padova in cooperation with a number of local Institutions, Associations and individuals. The project aims to pursue archaeological explorations of the site of Veleia and to reinforce the connection between local community, the site and the cultural landscape.
