Sull’aborto. A partire da Laura Conti

The article critically reconstructs the debate and the current open issues on the topic of abortion, starting from the discussion of Laura Conti’s book, recently republished, Il tormento e lo scudo. In particular, the authors focus – through Conti – on the issues related to the Italian law 194/78, discussing its (bio)ethical and theoretical implications from a historical and legal perspective, in light of the most recent global threats of restriction or internal erosion of the right to abortion.
