Antitrust tra procedimento e processo. La giurisprudenza amministrativa nel biennio 2022-2023

This paper has summarized the principles and guidelines that emerged from the rulings of Italian administrative judges in antitrust matters during the years 2022-2023. Reference will be made to the main judges’ rulings and pronouncements against the Italian Antitrust Authority’s measures with a focus on purely procedural issues, sanctions, and issues pertaining to the judicial review in antitrust matters by the administrative courts.
