This paper will discuss the Business Japanese course and extracurricular activities related to Business Japanese that the authors have been working on at Ca' Foscari University of Venice, Italy. Specifically, we have planned and managed projects and internships for students majoring in Japanese, supported their job hunting, and developed online learning tools that enable students to learn autonomously. We have carried out a variety of activities related to Business Japanese, but at the root of these is a foreign language education philosophy that emphasizes not the "form" of Japanese, but finding the "content" you want to say through interactions with others, putting it into words, and communicating it to others. Business, in particular, is a social activity that cannot exist without the presence of others, such as customers, business partners, and colleagues. That is why we believe that it is necessary to focus on interactions with others within the framework of Business Japanese. Interactions with others also help students recognize their own individuality and abilities, think about what they want to do and can do in the future, and embody the "person after graduation." Based on the above, I have described how I have developed my activities related to business Japanese, and have considered what kind of practices are desirable in the future while responding to the diversification of students' expectations and motivations for taking classes
