Recent research emphasizes a paradoxical approach to managing talent and diversity, advocating for simultaneous engagement with both talent management (TM) and diversity management (DM) principles. Scholars propose strategies like the "both-and" approach to address the inclusion-exclusion paradox. However, debates persist regarding the long-term efficacy of such strategies. Indeed, recent discussions underscore the importance of considering time dynamics in managing paradoxes. Consequently, following recent debate within the paradox literature about considering the critical role of time in terms of short and long-term, this contribution is guided by the following research question: How to manage the TM-DM paradox over time? Building upon existing theoretical foundations, this contribution aims to use paradox concepts as tools for understanding and managing the TM-DM paradox over time. By leveraging the inherent ambiguity within organizational processes, this conceptual framework provides insights for future research and practical implications for decision-makers.

Abstract
By leveraging the inherent ambiguity within organizational processes, this conceptual framework provides insights for future research and practical implications for decision-makers.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
