Riflessioni sull'impatto delle applicazioni tecnologiche nell'ambito sanitario, tra regole etiche e regole giuridiche

Recent European health policies encourage the development of e-Health and the increasing spread of AI applications in healthcare. This is an obligatory course of action that certainly represents an enormous resource for the public health system, for those working in the sector and, not least, for the health of patients, but which also raises a number of questions from an ethical-legal point of view on which this paper intends (albeit briefly) to reflect.
