Imprese in rete e Finanza alternativa: le emissioni di minibond

A new research aims to verify the diffusion of minibonds among Italian firms participating in a network and to analyse the characteristics and peculiarities of the securities issued by the companies in the network. We try to ascertain whether there is a relationship between the issuance of minibonds and membership of the network, i.e. if the securities are issued to finance investments intended for the implementation of the common programme provided for in the network contract, both at the level of the individual company and at the level of the network, through system operations (e.g basket bonds).
