The article aims to recreate the theatre of the imaginative and eclectic artist Santuzza Calì. Without any claim to be exhaustive, the attempt is to reflect on Santuzza Calì's style starting from her own words: a journey back over the italian theatre of the second half of the 20th century prompted by the interview to a generous and empathic woman. After recalling Calì's years of training and debut in the theatre, the article explores the profound reasons behind her art and the recurrent traits of her work.
