"Intarsi di metodo: lo studio lessicale del verbo reportare"

This paper aims at both analysing the semantic relationship between refero and reporto and building a Gliederung, a lexicographic stemma, of the verb reporto to be included within the Thesaurus Linguae Latinae (ThlL). The paper consists in a detailed assessment of all the literary passages displaying reporto, with particular focus on the Ovidian occurrences. The two fields of philology and lexicography are therefore intertwined in the textual and literary investigation.
