The article focuses on the challenges that labor law must face following the decomposition processes of the company in the framework of the global market, identifying global value chains as the terrain of choice for these dynamics. The reactions of the system have gradually intensified in recent times, in particular starting from the 2011 UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. Take into consideration the heterogeneity of the measures adopted, there is a convergence of objectives around the so-called sustainable corporate governance.
