The contribution aims to show, based on the data provided by language, scriptures, and ways of textuality, the forms through which the cultures of the considered area manifest the characteristics and modifications of their own linguistic, cultural, social, historical identities. The inscriptions reveal evidence of contacts, direct or mediated by culture, between different groups in the form of loanwords, onomastic bases, formular choices and forms of writing (the use of an alphabet can correspond to one form of self-identity or, vice versa, adherence to an external cultural model)
