Abstract
Simulation is a widely used technique to analize and predict the urban traffic. Models for road traffic simulation based on paths between origin/destination pairs have been deeply studied due to the growing importance of transportation planning. Water traffic differ substantially from road traffic for the behaviour of vehicles and needs appropriate models of evaluation. In this work we present a simulation model based on queue networks that has been projected and implemented for Venice historical city centre.File in questo prodotto:
