The article considers the Armenian version of the Alexander Romance which supports the correction of the name of one of Alexander's teachers, Menaechmus, in the Greek version of the Alexander Romance. It strengthens the argument put forward in Ricerche Ellenistiche 1 (2021) on the influence that Menaechmus had on the foundation of Alexandria by Alexander the Great.
