The paper presents the results of a multidisciplinary project on the city of Reggio Emilia (Central Italy), which main goal was integrating different technologies in order to virtually reconstruct a roman domus discovered in one of the main squares (Piazza della Vittoria). The work required an in-depth study of the archaeological context, compared to the rest of the documentation on domestic architecture in Cispadana, in order to elaborate a valid hypothesis of the original structure of the building. Finally, as main output of the project, a digital product was elaborated and inserted in an exhibition dedicated to the recent discoveries in the city.

Abstract
The paper presents the results of a multidisciplinary project on the city of Reggio Emilia (Central Italy), which main goal was integrating different technologies in order to virtually reconstruct a roman domus discovered in one of the main squares (Piazza della Vittoria). The work required an in-depth study of the archaeological context, compared to the rest of the documentation on domestic architecture in Cispadana, in order to elaborate a valid hypothesis of the original structure of the building. Finally, as main output of the project, a digital product was elaborated and inserted in an exhibition dedicated to the recent discoveries in the city.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
