In the end, it is precisely for the sake of such "lessons" that we strive to understand the logic of the historical process, the logic of the change of ideas-not in order to "come to blows" with someone or, with hindsight, to reproach someone for shortsightedness. Such, I think, is the source of the interest these days in the sixties. It is quite likely that this is not the sole source.
