The spread of digital and robotic devices equipped of new 4.0 industrial systems with AI has transformed both working action and itself generating competence process. Global systems in which work 4.0 moves are adaptive-transformative, as meaning that they don’t limit themselves to passively react to events but proactively work to choose and re-act thanks to simple strategies. Operational technical skills will not be enough for the future worker. Worker will necessary have to develop critical intelligence, recognition, involvement, meaning and freedom. The educational challenge is the affirmation of an eutagogic model which could give to the worker freedom to train and realize his own professional and social planning and starting from opportunity to critically explore a variety of paths and sources of knowledge emerging whithin global connections
La diffusione nei nuovi sistemi industriali 4.0 dei dispositivi digitali e robotici dotati di IA ha trasformato l’agire lavorativo e il processo generativo della competenza. I sistemi globali in cui si muove il lavoro 4.0 sono adattativi-trasformativi, nel senso che non si limitano a reagire passivamente agli eventi ma si adoperano proattivamente per scegliere e re-agire grazie a strategie simplesse. Al lavoratore del futuro non saranno sufficienti le competenze tecniche operative ma dovrà sviluppare nell’ecosistema digitale intelligenza critica, riconoscimento, coinvolgimento, senso e libertà. La sfida in termini educativi è l’affermazione di un modello eutagogico che possa dare al lavoratore la libertà di formarsi e di realizzare la propria progettualità professionale e sociale a partire dall'opportunità di esplorare criticamente una varietà di percorsi e fonti di conoscenza emergenti nelle connessioni globali.
