The purpose of this article is to investigate the main organizational aspects developed by the Banco do Brasil Corporate University in its internationalization process. To this end, it proceeds a theoretical review that explores the main concepts of internationalization and Organizational Culture. In methodological terms, the research can be characterized as a case study, of qualitative nature with data collection by means of personal interviews. The results reveal unanimous perceptions among the challenges faced by UniBB in relation to those presented in theory.
