Mutuality and localism are the two fundamental cornerstones the legislation of cooperative banks has always been centered on. Yet, starting from the 2016 reform, it seems that localism tends to emphasise more flexible forms of ties with the territory or the territories of settlement of the single bank. Abstract
Mutuality and localism are the two fundamental cornerstones the legislation of cooperative banks has always been centered on. Yet, starting from the 2016 reform, it seems that localism tends to emphasise more flexible forms of ties with the territory or the territories of settlement of the single bank. This paper investigates some aspects of this trend, mainly in light of the recent secondary law issued by the Bank of Italy.File in questo prodotto:
