The Romance languages of the Iberian Peninsula exhibit a complex system of forms of address in the singular and a slightly more simplified one in the plural. In this paper, I aim to pinpoint the geographical distribution of the terms of address in all the Ibero-Romance languages and the politeness strategies employed when the formality is combined with an imperative clause.

In this paper, I aim to pinpoint the geographical distribution of the terms of address in all the Ibero-Romance languages and the politeness strategies employed when the formality is combined with an imperative clause.File in questo prodotto:
