The author deals with the subject of referrals to collective bargaining in the Legislative Decree no. 81/2015, focusing on their content. First of all he summarizes the debate concerning the relationship between law and collective agreement, then he highlights the specific characteristics of new referrals to collective bargaining and proposes a classification of them. Finally, he identifies the implementation challenges that may weaken the innovative capacity of the new decree and that represent yet another proof of the urgency to regulate the relationship between the different sources of labour law.
