When we talk about innovations in the educational institutions we can check experiences or even the adoption of new procedures only in the early grades. All originality and change seem to disappear as soon as we arrived at the university level. The most recent change in high education areas, far from achieving unanimous approval and with few supporters, is centered on problem-solving ability. Is a way of learning that, although not a panacea, does not find – so far – equivalent methodology, interesting or even practice. Massify, decentralize and popularize should be the goals of higher education, but institutionalize the education practices mediated by the different technologies in a particular university is much more than installing a version of a learning management system, that don’t attract so much attention and became part of the scenery.

Abstract
