Forme e funzioni della mitografia cavalleresca nel Quattrocento borgognone

Il saggio propone un’interpretazione complessiva del rapporto tra rappresentazione mitografica ed esercizio della cavalleria nel ducato di Borgogna durante il governo di Filippo il Buono (m. 1467): essa si fonda sull’analisi congiunta di romanzi cavallereschi, le illustrazioni dei loro manoscritti, forme simboliche della festa (I Voeux, Pas-d’armes, i tornei etc.). // The paper submits a comprehensive interpretation of the relationship between mythographical representation and practices of the Chivalry in the Dukedom of Burgundy under the rule of Philip the Good (d. 1467); the interpretation is based on the analysis of romans chevaleresques, their illustrations in manuscripts, and the symbolic meaning of Burgundian Festivals (“Voeux”, “Pas-d’armes” and so on).
