In this paper a SEM - structural equation model for the determination of the important factors of improvement of the Venice’ Biennale is proposed. The data concern a survey which took place in 2003. The questions of the questionnaire regard expectations and degree of satisfaction about different aspects and wished improvements for future repetitions of that exhibition. The results show that there are important effects from satisfaction and expectations on improvements.

Abstract
