La società nel Kant della Critica della capacità di giudizio : presentazione di un problema a partire dalle Osservazioni.

The aim of the present work is to inquiry the Kantian idea of society as delineated in Critique of judgement (paragraph 41). I will focus on the judgment of taste, indeed I will not consider further linkages regarding the concept of “sublime” and the teleological judgment. In doing this, the framework within perform my research will be the concept of society. I investigated this concept in other Kant’s philosophical works too (Observations, Annotations to the Observations, Anthropology and Political works), to contextualize the society concept into Kantian aesthetical theory. In my research, I also analysed the conceptual paradigms of Aristotle, Hobbes and Rousseau about the same concept.
