The aim of this thesis is to suggest a reading to turn the apparent aporetic impediment that Derrida stresses in his rhetorical choices into a constructive dynamic approach to the classic antinomies philosophy has always perpetuated, in order to highlight how his linguistic inventions mean much more than an obstinate insubordination to tradition, but stand for an entirely regenerated access to speculative thought. By investigating the supposedly conceptual fragility and polyvalence of Derrida's claims, I intend to provide the ground to discuss a possible approach to a world where the restless ontological clash of opposites has been proven to be the condition of possibility of creativity, relation and independent action. If "experience is contradiction", we cannot but face how this paradox translates into a completely renewed approach to human condition itself - beyond transcendentalism, beyond realism, beyond dialectics - and subsequently to the role philosophy could and should be intended and practiced today.
