Nietzsche’s philosophy still rises some problems nowadays as scholars try to understand all its declinations. This research – on the basis of the rigorous examination of the original texts, in particular Die fröhliche Wissenschaft and the following works – shows that his philosophy can be interpreted as a refined form of skepticism. At first it is explained the relationship between Nietzsche’s concern of skepticism and his prose, furthermore there is an analysis of some of the most important and most noteworthy problems that his skepticism raises, for example the problems of truth, knowledge, perspectivism, imagination and language. This interpretation highlights the consistency of Nietzsche’s work, but also the theme of justice as a very relevant point for his work. According with the traditional meaning of « skepticism », this word is assumed to be an ethos in its most deep sense in Nietzsche’s philosophy.
