This philosophical essay explores cycling as an embodied and imaginative mode of thinking. Starting from the dynamic balance that makes bicycle movement possible, it reflects on perception, bodily awareness, improvisation, movement through space, and the experience of landscape. Cycling emerges as a practice in which routes, attention, and thought develop through continuous interaction with the environment rather than according to a predetermined path, opening up a creative and exploratory relationship with space and with oneself.
