Clàssics de la literatura universal en el teatre català contemporani

Synthesis of the study on the adaptation of the theatrical as well as literary local and universal classics in contemporary Catalan drama and analysis of the tecniques and strategies used by playwrights and collectives. The investigation carried out shows some tipologies and tendencies, such as the dramatization of narrative texts, the renewal of dramatic classics, digital and cyber theatre, the hybridazation of text-based theatre and performance, the revitalization of the musical or the recreation through opera and puppet theatre.
