La logica dell'élenchos. La confutazione e i suoi modelli

This volume, after a concise historical introduction of the topic-particularly focusing on Book IV of Aristotle's Metaphysic, aims to deepen the theoretical profile of elenctic argumentation. This in-depth study takes into consideration some constructive as well as critical contributions that contemporary philosophy has devoted to this argumentation. Of élenchos it is intended to show the peculiarity with respect to other types of argumentation, showing also its singularly experimental side and its unsaturated nature. Moreover, of it is shown the versatile applicability to different aspects of transcendentality and what is structurally connected to it.
