Il segreto nel nome. Per una rifondazione degli studi di Architettura

Names call things and living beings to presence. Sometimes, however, the use and the epochal circumstances in which they are used in the social conversation of cultures mean that names end up hiding the essence of what they present. This is what happens with the beautiful Greek name of Architecture, which in the present age of technology in which we are immersed, which translates every doing in terms of productive performance, has forgotten the secret that its ancient etymology holds.

I nomi chiamano alla presenza le cose e i viventi. A volte, tuttavia, l’uso e le circostanze epocali in cui accade il loro impiego nella conversazione sociale delle culture fanno sì che i nomi finiscano per nascondere l’essenziale di ciò che presentano.
