This paper retraces 12 months of research carried out as part of the Uni4justice Project, in particular the methodology followed in this research aimed at verifying the requests made by the Venetian magistrates, which ended into the drafting of the ‘use cases’. The use cases will then be reported and contextualised covering the following themes in order: relationships between co-owners in the exclusive use of the co-owned property; vexatious nature of the derogation from the art. 1957 c.c. and the case of the consumer guarantor; assignment of credit; in-depth analysis of the subcontracting contract and the notion of abuse of economic dependence.
