Ainda sobre o iberismo em Oliveira Martins: leituras menores

Oliveira Martins’s Iberian thought, a fertile strand of his historiographical reflection, is considered the most tangible manifestation of the widespread Iberian attitude of the Geração de 70, mostly recognised in a work such as História da civilização ibérica (1879) and in various articles published in the (not only Portuguese) periodical press. This article focuses on three Oliveira Martin’s texts, so far only mentioned but not analysed in detail by critics, which, at different moments in his intellectual trajectory, laid down or confirmed the foundations of his spiritual and cultural Iberism.
