The present paper discusses the Modern Editions of the Church Slavonic versions of the Bible. The history of the printed editions of the Slavonic Bible necessarily reflects the typological, linguistic, and paleographic heterogeneity of this vast and multifaceted tradition. Among the Slavs, the approach to the Holy Scripture as a unitary corpus emerges in a relatively lateperiod (late fifteenth and early sixteenth centuries)
