Da Boiardo a Bembo. Saggi sulla lirica settentrionale del Quattrocento

The volume, edited by Elisa Curti and Gabriele Baldassari, collects 23 essays by Tiziano Zanato, which have already appeared in review, miscellaneous volumes or conference proceedings. It starts with an essay on Boiardo's "Amorum libri tres" and crosses the poetry of northern Italy in the fifteenth century, from Leon Battista Alberti and Giusto de' Conti to the young Bembo, touching on many figures, sometimes of minor importance but no less suggestive. At the center of the discourse are the texts, studied in all their aspects, even the most minute ones.

Si parte da un saggio sugli "Amorum libri tres" di Boiardo e si attraversa la poesia dell'Italia settentrionale del Quattrocento, da Leon Battista Alberti e Giusto de' Conti al giovane Bembo, toccando tante figure, a volte di rilievo minore ma non meno suggestive. Al centro del discorso sono posti i testi, studiati in tutti i loro aspetti, anche quelli più minuti.
