IL TRASPORTO PUBBLICO LOCALE E IL RAFFORZAMENTO DELLE INFRASTRUTTURE: VEICOLI PER LO SVILUPPO DELLE CITTÀ NELLA PROSPETTIVA DELLA SUPPLY CHAIN

Local public transport is central for the Italian Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza, which aims, among its main objectives, to increase our country’s economic power, also thanks to national infrastructures. Therefore, adopting a legal realism approach, that looks at the existing dynamics in our contemporary society, we can stress the vital importance of all local entities to fulfill the PNRR’s goals. These subjects, in fact, have to cooperate with the Italian Government in order to define innovative plans for a local sustainable mobility, based on logistics and new technologies, in order to guarantee citizens’ fundamental rights.
