This article uses the example of Theodor Fontane to examine the prose of late Realism in relation to Nietzsche's work. It is not a matter of search for influences - in whatever direction - which has not led to any significant results, nor is it a simple comparison. Rather, it is a matter of analysing possible common, possibly analogous structures that can be found both in Nietzsche and in Fontane's late work, and the highlighting of which can shed new light on the the narrative modes of Realism.

Abstract
This article uses the example of Theodor Fontane to examine the prose of late Realism in relation to Nietzsche's work. It is not a matter of search for influences - in whatever direction - which has not led to any significant results, nor is it a simple comparison. Rather, it is a matter of analysing possible common, possibly analogous structures that can be found both in Nietzsche and in Fontane's late work, and the highlighting of which can shed new light on the the narrative modes of Realism.File in questo prodotto:
