When thinking about oral history (OH) and its methodological, there are always questions about its infinite possibilities and its limitations. After all, between the narrated and what is lived there are countless recreations, fabrications, and dynamic interpretations. Through the cleavages of gender, class, race, ethnicity, generation, and others the narratives are remade in encounters that can be conducted by thematic, open, and semi-open scripts, among others. There are also, in contemporary times, the new communication technologies, which pose challenges and facilities in this encounter between a narrable "I" and an "other". Thus, listening assumes a fundamental role in the construction of knowledge. To transcribe, translate, interpret, and turn the words of this other into academic research material is also a challenge for the researcher.
