Companies find themselves immersed in a complex environment that excels in competitiveness. Competing with competitors, being up to date with competitors in the market, being up to date with legal obligations, and being able to close cash levels of growth are challenges in the trajectory of companies. They need help to survive and offer the best products and services. What does not always seem straightforward is the relationship between HR management and benefits management regarding the productivity of employees and, consequently, business performance. In this textbook, I address the concepts related to employee benefits management, starting with its definition and typologies through different applications. Also, I address the benefits package and its flexibility, which is vital for companies' strategic alignment and cost reduction. Finally, I highlight ways to optimize employees' potential benefits, showing the different approaches and implications in practical cases. It is expected that at the end of the text, the managers and accountants will be able to choose the package that best suits the conditions of your company, motivating your employees in the long term and allowing the company to reap the best results in sales within the designed strategy.
