Abstract
In parliamentary regimes, the president of the republic is not the main political force; his role is usually seen as representing the state, personifying this complex structure to the citizens, moderating political disputes and guaranteeing order and stability - political, value or social. Yet it is not just an honorary position whose representative is supposed to add lustre to the state and government. Even the president in parliamentary regimes has an irreplaceable place and, in certain areas, considerable influence. One of these areas is the international politics of the state, which is the focus of this paper, or the role of the president in it.I documenti in ARCA sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
