Abstract
Museums, as an integral part of cultural heritage, require a complex treatment marked by a strongly interdisciplinary approach. The integration of skills and competencies is the only way to address the complex issues related to cultural heritage considering also aspects of the dynamics of tourist flows that actively participate in enriching this whole.
