Verso un modello sanitario post-coloniale? Riflessioni a partire dal "caso Lombardia"

Starting from the dramatic consequences of the Covid-19 epidemic in the public health system of Lombardy, the contribution tries to understand if it is possible to start a reflection, which does not only concern the necessary reform of the health system, but also the way it has been thought and the interpretative categories that have been used also by the social sciences.

A partire dalle drammatiche conseguenze dell'epidemia da Covid-19 nel sistema sanitario "eccellente" della Lombardia, il contributo cerca di comprendere se e in che termini sia possibile avviare una riflessione più profonda, che non riguarda solo la necessaria riforma del sistema sanitario, quanto il modo in cui esso è stato pensato e le categorie interpretative che sono state utilizzate anche dalle scienze sociali.
